Architectural Review Request Form

Homeowners planning exterior improvements or property changes within Quail Crossing must submit an ARC Application for Construction for review and approval before work begins.

This application is used for projects such as home additions or renovations, exterior modifications, landscaping improvements, fences, patios, decks, or structures, and material or color changes visible from the exterior.

The form requests homeowner contact information, property address, a description of the proposed work, and details regarding materials, finishes, and colors. Supporting plans, sketches, drawings, or blueprints should be included for review.

Once submitted, the Architectural Review Committee will evaluate the request and issue an approval or rejection decision.
